This document’s purpose is to tell you more about myself and how I think. What are my values?

“Treat others with kindness."

1. About myself

I’m the person who delivers on time. I stick to deadlines, and if I see a task slipping, I say so early instead of on the last day. People pointed out that I’m stable and reliable. In a small team you wear a few hats, so when my boss went on a two week vacation, I covered for him: client emails and calls, reporting problems, coordinating tasks for the developers (no sales or pricing, just keeping everything running). When something was out of my hands, I called him. He came back happy.

What I enjoy most is looking at a website, app or product, spotting what’s confusing or broken, and finding ways to make it work better, whether that means more leads, more clicks or just happier users. I’m also the type who likes turning a mess into a structure that makes sense.

I don’t rely on gut feeling alone. When a project has analytics set up, I dig into Hotjar recordings to see how people actually move through a site. I also test most projects manually and deliver a report with bugs, notes and suggestions.

💪🏽 My Strengths as a Person

  1. Teamwork and communication: I work closely with my boss, developers and clients, so communication comes naturally. “I could always rely on his punctuality, excellent communication, and full professionalism.” (from a recommendation, more on my LinkedIn)
  2. Empathy: I’m empathetic in general, and it carries over to design. I’d rather see how people use a product than guess when possible.
  3. Strategic thinking: I keep business goals and user needs in mind, and I back my design decisions with a reason, not just “it looks better”.
